Wood County Schools has designated six school days as Non-Traditional days. The dates for these Non-Traditional (NT) days are October 16, November 23, 24 & 25, February 12 and April 16. Snow days will also be considered Non-Traditional learning days.
A Non-Traditional school day accomplishes several tasks; it allows students to continue to learn remotely while providing time for teachers to participate in professional development training, faculty senate meetings and grade level collaboration.
On Non-Traditional school days, teachers will have prepared lessons available for students on Schoology, but will not facilitate "live sessions" using TEAMS or other streaming formats.
