Abbreviated Advertisement for Bids (Legal Notice)

Wood County Schools will be accepting bids for the following project: Security Camera System and Related Materials – Fairplains Elementary School. Bid documents will be available on woodcountyschoolswv.com/page/requests-for-bids-and-proposals beginning April 1st, 2024, through April 12th, 2024. There is no pre-bid meeting.  Bids will be due at the Board Office Purchasing Department at 1210 13th Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101, at 1:00 PM on April 15th, 2024.  Questions can be addressed to the Director of Purchasing, Ashley Brown, at ashley.m.brown@k12.wv.us.

Bid documents will be available starting February 19th, 2024 by emailing the request to Ashley Brown, Director of Purchasing, at ashley.m.brown@k12.wv.us. There is no pre-bid meeting. Bids will be due at the Wood County Board of Education, 1210 13th Street Parkersburg, WV 26101, on March 5th, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. There are Bonding requirements for the project.
