GREENMONT LIBRARY MEDIA CENTER

All k-5 students have Mr. Mace three times per week. One of those the times will be in the library where students have the opportunity to browse and checkout books. That time is usually the first of the week (depending on days off, assemblies, etc.).

Students may check out "as many books as you can read in a week." Six books is the maximum for 3-5 students and four books is the maximum for k-2.

If students lose or damage books, families are expected to replace the book. See Mr. Mace to work out a solution.

eBooks and audiobooks are available and can be checked out for four weeks and will return to the collection automatically. We have an ever-expanding collection of eBooks and audio books.

Contact Mr. Mace with questions.

BOARD GAMES

Mr. Mace wrote a grant to create a collection of board games for families to check out. Mr. Mace is still cataloging the games and creating a system for families to borrow them. For now, if anyone would like to check out a board game, a family member may come to the library and sign out a game. Just as reading to your children is a great investment of time, strong family relationships are built by families who enjoy spending time with one another and exhibit successful communication. Board games allow families to create a foundation for trust and, ultimately, long-lasting relationships.
