The YOU ROCK Recognition Program gives Wood County Schools employees ways to recognize and celebrate a colleague who makes a difference.
Each school and department has received a hand-painted rock labeled “YOU ROCK.” The rocks were created to honor employees and encourage pride in our schools and departments. Staff are passing the rock onto other staff when they notice them going the extra mile, demonstrating outstanding teamwork, showing kindness, or simply making a positive impact:
