On November 30th, 2023, Mrs. Dawn Weidner, Children's librarian at South Parkersburg Public Library, came to Franklin Elementary Center. She shared Marc Harshman's book, Only One Neighborhood, with Mrs. Deskins' kindergarten students in the library.
After reading the book, she talked about all the different programs that they have coming up for students next month. Especially craft Days during Winter Break.
