The Social Studies Fair will be held on Friday, January 19th. In the event of a weather-related school cancellation, the fair will be held on the next school day.
The Social Studies Fair is a great opportunity to research something that you would like to learn more about. Topics of research can range from U.S. Presidents to American Girl Dolls. You can find more information about the Social Studies Fair at http://wvssfair.com. You are allowed to do individual or group projects.
The Mineral Wells Elementary School Social Studies Fair will be held on Friday, January 19th in the school cafeteria. The 1st place winners from each category will be attending the Wood County Social Studies at Blennerhassett Elementary School in February.
If you are interested in participating in the school Social Studies Fair, please fill out the attached permission slip and return it to your homeroom teacher by Tuesday, December 19th.
