Due to inclement weather conditions, including snow and ice on roadways, particularly on less-traveled back roads, and ongoing safety concerns with parking lots, Wood County Schools will be closed on Monday, January 26.
This decision was made with the safety of our students, families, and staff as our highest priority. Difficult travel conditions and icy surfaces create unsafe conditions for buses, drivers, and pedestrians, and we believe closure is the most responsible course of action.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage families to continue monitoring district communications for any additional updates.

Students recently helped redesign the flyer for our upcoming 10th-grade tour, and they’ve done a fantastic job. Please feel free to share the flyer with friends and family or post it on social media. They are working hard on their presentation and are excited to highlight everything the program offers!
