If you were unable to pick-up your order after school yesterday, you may pick-up before 11:00 a.m. today. Please do not try to pick-up after 11:00. Students who are on floats will be picked up from the gym from 12:00-12:30.
Students being picked up by parents will be in the gym from 12:30-1:00.
All students remaining at school will walk out to see the parade around 1:30.

Our fundraiser items have arrived! They will be available for pick-up on Thursday evening from 3:45-5:30 at the front entrance.

Unfortunately, we did not get enough volunteers for Fall Festival. The event is being cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We will be sending home raffle tickets next week for our themed baskets. We are planning a school day event for all students in the near future. The WVU basket was donated by Hall Financial Giving Foundation and contains 4 tickets to the November 8 game! Raffle information will come home next week.

Fall Festival is scheduled for this Sunday afternoon from 2:00-4:00. This is always a fun event for our students! Everything will be indoors, so weather won't interfere. As of this afternoon, we only have enough volunteers to run 6 games. We have 20 different activities. If we do not get additional volunteers, there is a strong possibility that the event will be cancelled. Please help out if you can. Text Miranda @ 304-588-3928.

All insurances are billed, including Medicaid. Sliding scale fee if no insurance. No student will be turned down for the inability to pay.

How cool is this? 5th grade students wrote music for the kindergarten class to play. The kindergarten class got to perform for the 5th graders.
It was great to see Mrs. Hartline yesterday. We celebrated her retirement with a gift from Hall Financial and Williamstown Elementary. Thank you, Madelyn for presenting her with the special note and gift.
