Open House and Title I Meeting August 18th from 4-6 PM

Franklin Elementary parents and students are invited to join us for Open House and the Title I Annual Parent Meeting which will be held Monday, August 18th from 4-6 PM. Our theme this year is that Franklin Elementary is on a journey to learn, grow, and SOAR!. Just like there are trains, cars, and planes that can take us to various places, students will engage in instruction that will help propel them in life's journey.

Upon arriving, parents will sign-in and be provided information on their child's homeroom teacher (for 1st-5th grade).

We will then meet in the gym for introduction and opening announcements. Parents will be provided information on what it means for Franklin to be a Title I school.

After announcements, there will be representatives from various resources setup at stations throughout the school to provide information to help make our school experience the best possible.

If you are not able to make it to Open House prior to the gym announcements, no worries, there will be a Title I booth setup in the gym to provide you with all the information that you should know.

Students will be given a passport which they will need to get stamped at various stations throughout the school. Prizes will be given out to those who get their passport completed with all stamps. Students must be accompanied by an adult at all times to ensure safety, and stamps will not be given to students who's families do not listen to the information provided at the booth or who are not accompanied by an adult.

There will be light refreshments in the cafeteria.

We hope to see you there!

Sincerely,

Ryan McIntyre, Principal
