PRE-KINDERGARTEN ENROLLMENT for Wood County 2021-2022 School Year
February 8 - 12
*A state-certified birth certificate and current immunizations are required for the application to be date/time stamped for placement.
Enroll at any elementary school.
Children must be 4 years old by June 30, 2021, to be eligible for Pre-Kindergarten.
Parents need to bring the following to registration:
• a Well-Child Exam or proof of a doctor’s visit
• proof of a dental examination
• a Social Security Card
• proof of *current immunizations (vaccines)
• a *state-certified birth certificate

PRE-K ENROLLMENT

In order to better serve our students and their families:
Pre-K applications will be stamped with the date and time for placement once the state-certified birth certificate and proof of current immunizations are provided.
Until then, the application will be held separately from completed applications and stamped when these documents are received by the school.
