Fairplains Elementary School STRATEGIC PLAN 2022-2023

MISSION STATEMENT:

VISION STATEMENT:

Our Vision is to prepare leaders who take knowledge beyond our walls for a brighter tomorrow. 

 

Goal 1: Increase Student Proficiency in Mathematics

Fairplains Elementary will double the number of students at or above grade level on the i-Ready math benchmark assessment from the beginning of the year to the end of the year during the 2022-2023 school year.

 

Goal 2: Increase Student Proficiency in English/Language Arts

Fairplains Elementary will double the number of students at or above grade level on the i-Ready reading benchmark assessment from the beginning of the year to the end of the year during the 2022-2023 school year.

 

Goal 3: Fairplains Elementary will improve safety, health, and the school environment  

Fairplains Elementary will improve school climate as measured on surveys through parental engagement, safety drills, counseling, increased student attendance, and the use of the Responsive Classroom Model.
