Volunteers are needed for school events, field trips, and classroom help throughout the year. If you are not an approved volunteer, please go to the following site,
https://securevolunteer.com/WOOD-COUNTY-SCHOOLS/choose-screen , click on volunteer, and start your background process to get approved. Your approved status is good for one whole calendar year. You will need to renew by the same date each year to stay approved. If you allow your approved status to expire, you will not be allowed to volunteer until it is renewed. (Current approved volunteers, please check your status to make sure you haven't let yours expire.)
Any events hosted by the PTA (which are MANY), will be first dibs to PTA members. If you would like to be a member of the PTA and get first hand information on these events and be at the top of the list to volunteer, contact the Lubeck PTA, fill out an application and pay the $5 membership fee. Going to the PTA meetings is not mandatory but is encouraged. Meetings are held on the first Thursday of every month. We have one this coming week, December 4th in the library at 3:45pm.

Clarity on today's earlier message:
IMPORTANT: Please do not use ROOMS to contact Miss Cutright to report absences, changes in pick-up plans, excuses, or any similar information. Contacting Miss Cutright on ROOMS is not a secure or reliable method for communicating these matters while she out of the building for several weeks.
Please contact your child's teacher directly AND turn in written documentation on all absences, excuses, and changes in pick-up to the office. ONLY call the office in emergencies related to these issues if these matters come up last minute and need addressed immediately.
For any other concerns, you may also contact the office and ask for Assistant Principal Mrs. Roberts, or Substitute Principal Mindy Wilson ONLY at this time.
