Book Fair money envelopes will be coming home soon! Please complete the envelope whether your child will be using cash, check, or eWallet.
✏️ If you have any notes about what your child may or may not purchase, please write those instructions directly on the envelope.
🧾 Your child has recently brought home, or will soon bring home, a wish list from the Book Fair (it looks like a receipt). This list is simply a reference for you to see book prices and the items that caught your child's eye.
Please remember: Your child is not required to purchase anything on the wish list. They may change their mind, choose different items, or even decide not to buy anything at all!

The Madison Halloween Book Fair is coming October 26-30! 👻🎃 Students will have the chance to discover exciting new books while helping support our school library.
💳 Make shopping easy with Scholastic eWallet! eWallet is a secure, cash-free payment option that allows family members to add funds for their student to shop at the Book Fair. Any unused funds can be spent online at Scholastic or used for a future Book Fair.

🚌 Our students participated in Bus Safety Day today! They learned important safety procedures and practiced ways to stay safe while riding the bus. Here are our kindergartners taking part in this valuable learning experience. We are so proud of them! 💙
Madison families, please check your child’s backpack this afternoon for a letter about Priority Enrollment for the 2027–28 school year.
Families of students who qualify for Priority 1 or Priority 2 enrollment will be asked to indicate their preferred school based on their priority status under the new elementary school boundaries.
Madison students who live within the new Lincoln attendance boundary will have the opportunity to remain at Madison.

These generous funds will help us keep our **Madison Mustang Cares Food and Hygiene Box** stocked throughout the school year!
Our Mustang Cares box provides students with snacks and easy-to-prepare food items to take home after school, along with a variety of essential hygiene products. This resource helps us support our students and families by providing access to items that can make a meaningful difference in their daily lives. Parents are invited to visit the box before, during and after school hours to help with their needs at home.
At Madison Elementary, we believe that taking care of our Mustangs goes beyond the classroom. We want every student to know that they are supported, valued, and cared for by their school community.
A heartfelt THANK YOU to West Virginia Central Credit Union for this generous grant and for investing in our students and our community! Your support helps us continue our mission of making sure our Mustangs have the resources they need to succeed.
