Schoology is a great way to stay connected to your child's learning. Take a few minutes each week to check assignments, announcements, and upcoming due dates with your child.

All week both 4th grade classes learned about what happened on September 11, 2001 during Social Studies with me. They learned about the twin towers, the Pentagon, and flight 93. They watched videos, read articles, and had great discussions. We finished out the week completing comprehension questions and coloring pictures in honor of Patriot's Day. 🇺🇸
From our shirts down to our shoes, Madison staff picked a friend and dressed up for "Staff Twins Day" ! Here is our fifth grade team ~ great job showing your school spirit !

📚➕ Math Masters at Work! ➕📚
Mrs. Davis’s class was busy putting their math skills to work today! 🧠✏️ Students practiced comparing and ordering numbers, using place value to determine which numbers are greater than or less than one another.
From identifying the value of each digit to putting numbers in order from greatest to least and least to greatest, our Mustangs are building strong number sense! 🔢🐴💙

Miss Buckley’s class had a tree-mendous time in gym class today! 🌲😂 Our Mustangs had a blast playing Tree Tag, running, dodging, and showing off their speed while having fun with their classmates!

Ms. Wareheim's kindergarten class enjoyed their first day of ArtCart!
First Graders had their FIRST ArtCart lesson today. Today, we did self-portrait emojis using pastels. This lesson compliments our lessons about the brain 🧠 and the amygdala! 🎨

🏆 The winning poster from each grade will be featured on Madison Elementary School’s social media outlets!
