While extremely excited for our boys victory tonight to advance to the state tournament. I want to take a moment and apologize for our facilities not being up to our proud community standards. Our fans and athletes alike deserve much better. I take full responsibility and will work extremely hard to be sure that we match the high expectations that our community and school expect.

Online Parent Survey: We would like to have this filled out by May 7th! You are asked to complete an online survey about school climate—the learning and teaching/working conditions—to help guide school improvement efforts. We value your feedback. The results of this survey will be used to make changes in your child's school to ensure a supportive environment for teaching and learning. Parent participation in the survey is very important. If you have questions about the survey or have problems completing the survey, please contact your child's school. When you log onto the survey you will see explanatory information about the survey and the important information below as to your rights as a survey participant: Your participation is voluntary. You may choose not to participate; not to answer any questions you do not want to answer; and you may stop participating at any time during the survey without penalty. An update about the summer school application for high school students: https://5il.co/rkst To ensure we have enough student interest in PE/HE and Driver's Ed. to be taken over the summer, please be sure to have your child turn in the form tomorrow (April 14) so I can provide a count to the board office. If we do not have enough numbers we may not be able to offer these courses at our school during the summer. Also, if your child is enrolled in Credit Recovery this 4th nine weeks, I still strongly encourage you to go ahead and sign up for summer school, in case that option is needed. Thank you!

Exciting information for middle school students/families: The county has worked extremely hard putting together a highly engaging and interactive summer school program for ANY middle school student that is interested. Far beyond being just a path to not be retained due to poor grades, this program allows students to get re-ignite their love of learning, get back into the school environment, and work on improving a wide variety of skills. The county will provide transportation to ensure all students are able to attend. Be sure to check out the image, and here is the registration link https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSd1G5xnx5GR30U5QOVygP_WR-mdCO_zeYA5vM2MmFan2BCRAQ/viewform to get signed up today!
