Kindergarten families are invited to Literacy Night, Tuesday, April 16th at 5:30 to play games to practice sight words. Snacks will be available.
Track TRYOUTS for eligible students ages 10-12 for boys and girls will be on Tuesday, April 9 after school at JEC from 3:15 PM-5 PM.
Practice schedule will begin Wed., April 10, 11, and 12 directly after school from 3:15 PM-5:30 PM.

All Wood County Schools after-school and evening activities will be CANCELLED tonight (Tuesday, April 2, 2024) due to incoming inclement weather. Schools will dismiss at their normal times today.
Due to storm potential highest between 4-9pm, the after school program conducted by the Children's Home Society at JEC will be canceled today, April 2.

Skating Party tonight from 6-8pm. PTA is covering the cost for all current JEC students entrance and skates. Parents may skate for $1 skate rental. **Students must have an adult present with them for the duration of the event.
Boys won the first round in the basketball tournament last night. They play again tonight at 4:30 at JEC against Mineral Wells. Come out and support your boys!
