Wood BOE meets Tuesday
PARKERSBURG - The Wood County Board of Education will meet Tuesday, July 18, in special session.
The meeting will be held at the Wood County Schools Central Office at the corner of Plum and 13th streets in Parkersburg. The meeting is open to the public and will be streamed online.
The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. The special agenda includes only financial, facilities and personnel items. There are no presentations scheduled for Tuesday’s meeting.
The board also will consider the appointment of three principals for the 2023-24 school year: Adam Shaffer at Criss Elementary, Stephanie Agree as Franklin Elementary, and Timothy Collins at Lubeck Elementary.
