Lincoln Elementary is opening its doors as a brand-new school in the fall of 2027, and to kick things off in the biggest way possible, we are proud to unveil our new mascot — Vandy the Lion!
Sporting our school colors of blue and green, Vandy is more than just a mascot. Vandy is a promise. A mascot gives a school its identity — it's the rallying cry at pep assemblies, the face on the hallway murals, and the symbol your child will one day look back on and say, "That's MY school." Vandy embodies everything we want Lincoln Elementary to stand for: strength, pride, teamwork, and heart.
Now, we get it — any time students move to a new school, there are feelings of nervousness and questions about what's ahead. That's completely normal, and your concerns are heard. But here's what we know for certain: great schools are made by great people, and this community is already extraordinary. With Vandy leading the way, we are going to build something incredible together.
