Wood BOE meets Tuesday
PARKERSBURG - The Wood County Board of Education will meet Tuesday in regular session to receive updates on school audits, testing data and graduation dates.
The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 11 at the Wood County Schools Central Office at 1210 13th Street in Parkersburg. The meeting is open to the public and will be streamed online.
The board will receive presentations on school audits from Finance Director Whitni Kines, I-Ready fall benchmark data from Curriculum and Instruction Director Ashlee Beatty, and revised graduation dates from Secondary Schools Director Ken Cook.
The board also is expected to vote on two employee terminations.
