Wood BOE meets Tuesday
PARKERSBURG - The Wood County Board of Education will meet Tuesday in regular session.
The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 10, at the Wood County Technical Center, 1515 Blizzard Drive in south Parkersburg. The meeting is open to the public and will be streamed online.
The meeting will begin with numerous recognitions, including the ArtCart students of the month, the Parkersburg South High School Girls Soccer Team and the South Football Team.
Lee Rector will be recognized as an Outstanding Supporter of Wood County Schools.
An update on the Wood County Technical Center will be presented by Director Jason Hughes.
